• Your satisfaction is very important to us and all products purchased from the ElfSocks are sold with a 30-day money back guarantee. If an item is damaged or defective please notify ElfSocks immediately. • If, for any reason, you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund of the original purchase price, excluding shipping and handling charges. • You can return products up to 30 days from date of purchase. • Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original packaging. • To ship a product back to us, carefully pack it in the original box or padded envelope. Make a copy of your emailed receipt or packing slip that arrived in the box with your order, and place it in the box.
